How to Shop
Welcome to Origins.ca. Shopping is easy, convenient and secure.
In the box adjacent to the abbreviation “qty,” type in the quantity of product you wish to purchase (up to six  of any single item). Read more on our Maximum Purchase Policy
Click the “i’ll take it” button to place the product selected in your shopping bag. If there are multiple products on the same page that you wish to place into your shopping bag, you may enter the desired quantities for each product and then click “i’ll take it” once to place them all in your cart. At any time during shopping you may review the items in your shopping cart by clicking on “my shopping bag” at the top of each page. You may change quantities or delete item(s) in your shopping bag before placing your order.
When you’ve completed shopping, click the “my shopping bag” link found on the top of each page.
Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed through the check out process. Please note that you can change the content of your shopping cart prior to clicking on “check me out.” After your order has been submitted, a “Thank You” page will be displayed and your order number will be provided confirming that your order was successfully received. An email confirming receipt of your order should arrive shortly after your order has been submitted. If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after submission, please contact us at 1-800-ORIGINS for assistance.

My Shopping Bag
Click on “my shopping bag” to display your shopping cart with the list of the items selected for purchase, the selected quantities of each, and the total cost of the purchase. You may remove items or change the quantities ordered in this area.
Changing Quantities in Your Shopping Bag
If you wish to change the quantities of products in your shopping bag. Simply change the value in the Quantity box and check update at the bottom of the page.
Deleting Items from Your Shopping Bag
If you wish to delete an item in your shopping bag, click the “remove” button to the right of the product name. The item will be removed from your shopping cart.
Using the Shopping Bag
- • To edit item quantity - click on the quantity box, change the number and click the “update” button to complete the changes.
- • To delete an item click the “remove”. To complete the changes, select “update.”
- • To continue shopping - click on “shop more” which will return you to the previously viewed page. To go to a different location at Origins.ca, click on the desired link at the top of the page.
- • To proceed to check out - click on the “check me out” button at the top or bottom of the page.
This site is best viewed with Netscape or Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher and a minimum monitor resolution of 800 x 600. Please note that monitors display colors differently based upon their settings.
